Hill Country Authors Series with Bryan Burrough
February 12 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Join HCAS as NYT Best Selling Author, Bryan Burrough discusses his latest novel, The Gunfighters: How Texas Made the Wild West.
Burrough dazzles the reader with his fast-paced new book where there’s much more below the surface. The story follows three decades at the end of the 1800s, when a big swath of the American West was a crucible of change, with the highest murder rate per capita in American history. The reasons behind this boil down to one word: Texas.
Known for his compelling historical storytelling, Burrough is also the author of Barbarians at the Gate and Forget the Alamo.
