Yes. An annual membership is required throughout the entire term or travel event, not just at the time of enrollment.

You may take one course in each time slot. Normally there are eight to ten time slots, so you may enroll for eight to ten courses in the fall or winter terms.  When participating in the live online courses, you can take over 20 classes during the term, with free access to all our on-demand classes.

You do not pay for each course. There is a single registration fee for each term or lecture series, allowing you to take as many classes as you wish in the term. Some courses require materials which may have an additional cost.

You will receive a notice confirming your enrollment before classes begin via email.

About two weeks prior to the start of classes, you will receive an email that contains the website/Zoom link.

Late enrollment is permitted for classes that are not filled.

You will be notified if a course you requested is no longer available, and you may make an alternate selection. Prior to the beginning of classes, you will receive a confirmation listing the courses for which you are enrolled.

How can I tell when my membership expires?

Do I have to be a member of Senior University to take classes or to travel?

How many courses may I take?

You may take one course in each time slot. SOSU (“Sold on Senior University”) is a group of individuals who have made a financial contribution to Senior University beyond membership dues and course registration fees.
