Ron Snell was raised in the Amazon jungle and has lived in several tropical countries. Most recently he lived in the Costa Rican jungle for seven years. His curiosity about the natural world has led to a lifelong interest in plants and animals that leave us shaking our heads. Recently eels became one of those interests. Ron holds a B.A. in Anthropology and Linguistics from Indiana University and a M.B.A. from UT Austin. He is currently the Executive Director of Senior University Georgetown.
