Thomas Adkins has a BA in economics and history from The University of Virginia and his law degree from the University of Texas. He practiced with the 400-lawyer Houston-based law firm Bracewell LLP for 38 years as a business transactions lawyer, where he served as head of the firm’s corporate and securities practice. He is Chairman of the NRO’s Antifraud Group in Sun City and leads an anti-fraud group for the SC Computer Club.
