As a non-profit organization, Lifelong Learners GTX relies on our volunteers to put together classes, lectures, and travel opportunities.
Senior University currently needs volunteers to:
1. Be class assistants in the classrooms this coming semester. If you can help in even one class introducing the speaker, making announcements and getting the microphone to people with questions, that would be great.
2. Be technical assistants for our Zoom and On-Demand classes. You don’t have to have great technical skills, just a willingness to help set things up, monitor the microphones, and take things down after class.
3. Serve on the Board or a committee. If you have a passions for lifelong learning and want to play a part in putting together the classes, serving refreshments, getting the word out about us, etc, let us know.
4. All of our lecturers/instructors/presenters are volunteers. If you would like to bring an interesting topic to our members, or you know someone who would, let us know.
